A Journey of a thousand miles begins with one step…

I learned that sometimes a journey can take you to a place that is not on any map.  I once read somewhere that “once the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You won’t even be sure, whether the storm is really over. I can tell you one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you won’t be the same person who walked in”.

So many faces, so little time.

We had a quick session with this cutie and man was he full of energy! As a photographer, I know, a big personality helps bring out the most creative fun behind the lens. I asked him “how many faces do you think you can make in 30 seconds” Whelp! As you can see, he rocked it. What I love more is after this shoot he was signed with a modeling agency locally and we were so excited to be a part of it. Little ones can be hard to shoot if you are not prepared, being able to adapt in the session to their personality and the environment around you is a big part of the shoot. We all know children have a mind of their own and that’s what I love to capture. I don’t ever look for a way to photograph the session the way I feel it should look, instead I allow each person, especially kids, to be their self and enjoy the moments.
